Today's saying
Every day at work one of my co-workers puts a saying on the "white board". I walked in today to find this up there. Needless to say, I had a smile on all day.
We're doing "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" this week in my intro art classes (looking at the concept of "beauty" as a term of taste and aesthetic, versus being a higher concept). I'll drop this in on them... it's beautiful.
Me- Joe, husband of a great wife, and dad to two great kids, who were both adopted at birth.
Liz- My ever understanding wife, who manages to wear many hats (mom, advocate, therapist, teacher) for our kids.
Buddy Boy- Born in 2000. Funny, intelligent, inventive, and autistic. Loves machines.
Sweet Pea- Born in 2002. Typical little sister. Competitive, outgoing, and smart. Loves anything pink.

I like that better than "normal is a setting on a washing machine."
Very good! I will remember that one!
I like it. And daughter thought "Bill Nye" was the cutest thing ever.
